Dr. Duong Thi Kim Lien, Head of Impact Village Techfest Vietnam, a trailblazer in innovation, technology transfer, and business development, is the driving force behind the Institute of Business Innovation Accelerator (IBIA) in Vietnam. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Lien has played a pivotal role in SME development, business support organization development, innovational start-ups, women entrepreneurship, and market linkages. Her expertise extends to quality assurance and result-based management, making her a formidable figure in the business landscape.<\/p>\n
Dr Lien’s impact is felt far and wide, having been involved in implementing groundbreaking initiatives such as the Vietnam \u2013 Finland Innovation Partnership Programme, the Vietnam Climate Innovation Center (VCIC), the Vietnam – Korea Technological Innovation Center (INCENTECH), and Vietnam – Belgium Innovation and Development of Business Incubators Policy Project (BIPP). Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her role as Director of IBIA – Institute of Business Innovation Accelerator and the Co-founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of coworking space Campus-K, a hub for fostering global connections between Korean SMEs and Vietnamese businesses and startups.
