Meet Maya Ruslanova. Graduate Student of Specialized Secondary School \u211626 of Dashoguz city, Turkmenistan. Currently on my gap year. Born in multi ethnic family. During school, vigorously participated in English subject Olympiads called “Golden Talents of the Golden Age”. 2nd place winner among all 11th graders in 2023 in Turkmenistan. Besides academics, I have volunteered in organizations like World Family Children Foundation as a Young Mentor and MedCreate as a writer. Right now, I am a volunteer of Dashoguz American Corner and National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan. At DAC, I have organized and co-organized projects supporting UN’s SDG 4,14, 15, 16 and 17. In 2023, I became a mentor for Technovation Girls Turkmenistan. I combine compassion, diplomacy and erudition and see volunteering as a daily pursuit.
