\u201cWe are not inferior to anybody\u201d is an initiative toempower and strengthen young women to take up the fight against female oppression in Pakistan. Up to 40 young women are trained to develop their skills for leading the process of progressive change in communities. The goal is to honour the women and to make them leaders of tomorrow in order to initiate a better society. A 30 day camp for women from different areas is organised in a beautiful and healthy environment. In this residential camp a team consisting of a doctor, an advocate, a psychiatrist, two vocational instructors, one emergency rescue trainer and some guest trainers from other fields offer to strengthen hidden skills and capacity as well as to develop a vision for leading the process of progressive change. The program is a mix of intense training sessions, theatre, exercises, study trips and films to make participants aware of the problems faced by the vulnerable sections of the society and to enhance their leading skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
